Order and payment

Can I redeem discount codes on my order?

Of course, you can also redeem discount codes when placing your order, provided you have one and it is still valid.
Please note that it is not possible to apply a discount code after placing your order. If a valid discount code does not work, please contact us before placing your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Immediately after you place your order, we send all the necessary information to our shipping service provider so that you receive your goods as quickly as possible. It is therefore logistically impossible to cancel your order with us.
If you have made a mistake, please send us an email immediately and we will see if we can still stop the order.

My order hasn't arrived, what can I do?

If your order has not arrived, you should first check where it went missing. We would be happy to check this with you - please write to us using our contact form .

Something is missing from my order, what can I do?

Oops! Of course that shouldn't happen. Please send us a photo of the package with the missing contents and we will do our best to resolve this case as quickly as possible.

I didn't receive an order confirmation - why?

You will usually receive a confirmation email from us as soon as possible after placing your order. If this is not the case, there may be many reasons for this.

Can I also order special sizes from you?

The production of our products requires expensive tools, some of which have to be manufactured exclusively for one product.

Therefore, unfortunately, we cannot offer custom sizes.

My product is damaged, what should I do?

We make every effort to check our products after production. Unfortunately, every now and then there is a product that has been damaged in some way. Please feel free to send us an email . We will then need a photo from you in order to be able to assess the case.

Which regions do you deliver to?

For logistical and cost reasons, we currently only deliver within Germany and Austria.

Can I have my package delivered to a Packstation?

Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment for logistical reasons. Please provide a complete address where our shipping service provider can deliver the package.

Of course, the 3M adhesive tape and the liquid adhesive can be removed from hard surfaces without leaving any residue.
Please heat the adhesive with a hairdryer. Then, you should start carefully prying the product off and gradually removing the adhesive strip from the surface using a thin object. The adhesive strip is weakest when you twist the product along the wall. The more delicate the surface, the more careful you should be with this process.

If any residues remain after disassembly, they should be removed with a solvent such as isopropanol. For reassembly, new mounting materials are necessary. If you need some, you can feel free to ask us, and we will provide you with an offer if available.

We can provide you with replacement adhesive sets depending on availability.
Please let us know what you need and why so we can assist you as best as possible.

We expressly do not recommend sticking to plaster, wallpaper, or similar non-durable surfaces.
Our adhesive does hold well on these materials, but they are often not durable enough to withstand the weight.

Information on delivery dates can be found in your confirmation email under the respective product. Please check if it is a pre-order – in this case, shipping will take place collectively as soon as all items are available.

In many cases, the problem can be fixed on your own, as a part within the pump is simply still in the wrong position:

  1. Unscrew the head from the bottle

  2. Remove the tube that extends the pump down

  3. Hold the pump head upside down under running water and operate the pump so that you pump the water out of the dispenser

  4. If that still doesn't achieve the desired effect, let a little water into the sink and try pumping the water in different angles through the pump. Once it is free, it will continue to work flawlessly.

We are sorry that the film is difficult to remove.

The film is the original 3M film liner, which is unfortunately a bit stubborn. We have tested for a long time to find the right adhesive tape, and the long-term hold was more important to us than quick handling. Unfortunately, we have not yet found an adhesive tape with similar performance that is easier to install.

The best approach is to use a sharp object like a knife, a needle, or tweezers to help lift the film. Sometimes this is much easier on the long sides than at the corners. If you scratch the adhesive tape at the edge a bit, that’s no problem.
