Order and Payment

Can I use discount codes with my order?

Of course, you can also redeem discount codes with your order, provided you have one and it is still valid.
Please note that it is not possible to apply a discount code after the order has been placed. If a valid discount code does not work, please contact us before placing your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Immediately after your order, we send all necessary information to our shipping service provider so that you receive your goods as quickly as possible. Therefore, it is not logistically possible to cancel your order with us.
If you have made a mistake, please send us an email immediately and we will see if we can still stop the order.

My order has not arrived, what can I do?

If your order has not arrived, the first step is to check where it might have been lost. We are happy to check this together with you – please be sure to contact us via our contact form.

Something is missing from my order, what can I do?

Oops! That definitely shouldn't happen. Please send us a photo of the package with the missing contents, and we will do our best to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

I have not received an order confirmation - why?

Usually, you will receive a confirmation email from us shortly after placing your order. If this is not the case, there could be many reasons.

Can I also order special sizes from you?

The production of our products requires expensive tools, some of which must be made exclusively for a single product.

Therefore, unfortunately, we cannot offer custom sizes.

My product is damaged, what should I do?

We make every effort to inspect our products after manufacturing. Unfortunately, occasionally there is an item that has suffered some kind of damage. Please feel free to send us an email about this. Afterwards, we will need a picture from you to be able to assess the case.

Can I have my package delivered to a parcel locker?

For logistical reasons, this is unfortunately not possible at the moment. Please provide a complete address where our shipping service can deliver the package.

Of course, the 3M adhesive tape and the liquid adhesive can be removed from hard surfaces without leaving residue.
For this, we ask you to heat the adhesive with a hair dryer. Then you should start gently prying the product off and gradually removing the adhesive strip from the surface using a thin object. The adhesive strip is weakest when you turn the product along the wall. The more delicate the surface, the more careful you should be during this process.

If residues remain after disassembly, they can be removed with a solvent such as isopropanol. For reassembly, new mounting materials are necessary. If you need any, you can inquire with us, and we will make you an offer if available.

We offer replacement adhesive sets depending on availability.

We expressly do not recommend sticking on plaster, wallpaper, or similar unsteady surfaces.
While our adhesive holds well to these materials, they are often not stable enough to bear the load.

Information about the delivery date can be found in your confirmation email under the respective product. Please check if it is a pre-order - in this case, shipping will be combined once all items are available.

We are sorry that your soap dispenser is not functioning as it should.

In many cases, the problem can be fixed by yourself, as a part inside the pump is simply stuck in the wrong position:

  1. Unscrew the head from the bottle

  2. Remove the tube that extends the pump downwards

  3. Hold the pump head upside down under running water and operate the pump so that you pump water through the dispenser on the head

  4. If that still does not have the desired effect, let a little water into the sink and try to pump the water through the pump at different angles. Once it is free, it will continue to work flawlessly.

We are sorry that the film is difficult to release.

The film is the original 3M film liner, which unfortunately is a bit stubborn. We have tested for a long time to find the right adhesive strip, and for us, long-term hold was more important than quick handling. Unfortunately, we have not yet found another adhesive strip with similar performance that is easier to mount.

The best thing to do is to take a sharp object like a knife, needle, or tweezers to help release the film. Sometimes it is significantly easier to do this on the longer sides than on the corners. If you slightly damage the tape on the edge, that's no problem.
