Shipping policy

Germany (DE)
For an order value up to €35, we charge a flat rate of €3.99. If the total order value exceeds €35, we will ship your order to you free of charge.

Austria / Belgium (AT / BE)
For an order value up to €50, we charge a flat rate of €8.49. Beyond that, shipping costs reduce to €3.99. For orders over €150, we will ship your order to you free of charge.

Italy / France (IT / FR)
For an order value up to €50, we charge a flat rate of €10.49. Beyond that, shipping costs reduce to €5.99. For orders over €150, we will ship your order to you free of charge.

Spain / Netherlands / Norway / Portugal (ES / NL / NOR / PRT)
For an order value up to €125, we charge a flat rate of €11.49. Beyond that, shipping costs reduce to €6.99.

Delivery Times

After your order, delivery within Germany typically takes between 2 and 3 business days to reach you – so you won't have to wait long! Please note that during peak times, such as holidays, it may take a little longer. International shipments may also take a bit longer due to the shipping provider.

Delivery Regions

Currently, for logistical reasons, we only deliver to the regions mentioned above. However, we are working on connecting other countries to our shipping system.

Shipping Provider

We exclusively use DHL with tracking for our shipping. Shipments to foreign countries may be handled and delivered by DHL's partners.
