Cancellation & Return Information
Would you like to cancel your order before it ships or return your product to us? That's unfortunate, but no problem.
Cancel order (only useful for orders that have not yet been shipped). If you want to return your order, you only need to register the return.
Please note:
- The item must be new and in its original packaging.
- We do not provide a free return label. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If you would like to return items from multiple orders, you must go through the returns portal for each order. However, please send the items back to us together in one package.
- Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will refund your purchase amount to the payment method used for the order within 14 days. The products must be in their unused original condition.
