Return Information
Would you like to return your product to us? That's a shame, but no problem.
Please note :
- The item must be new and in its original packaging.
- We do not provide a free return label for returns. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If you wish to return items from multiple orders, you must complete the returns portal for each order. Please still return the items to us in one package.
- After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund your purchase price within 14 days using the payment method used for the order. The products must be in their original, unused condition .
