Return Information

Would you like to return your product to us? That's a shame, but no problem.

Just follow these steps:

• Print out our return form and fill in all the required information .
• Pack the unused product in its original box and in an outer box so that you do not have to stick the return labels on the product packaging. You must enclose the completed return form in the outer box so that our logistics service provider can assign your shipment.

• Send your package back to the following address:

• Please note : We do not provide a free return label for returns. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund your purchase amount within 14 days using the payment method used when ordering. The products must be in their original, unused condition .
