Cancellation & Return Information
You want to cancel your order before shipping or return your product to us? That's unfortunate, but no problem.
Cancel order (only useful for orders not yet shipped). If you want to return your order, it is sufficient to register the return.
Please note:
- The item must be new and in its original packaging.
- We do not provide a free return label. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If you want to return items from multiple orders, you must complete the return process for each order separately. Please still send all items together in one package.
- After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund your purchase amount within 14 days to the payment method used for the order. The products must be in unused original condition.
